Original Booking Details

• You will be notified by our team for the confirmation which needs to be carried with the voucher.
• Please contact our customer support if you do not receive any update from our team within 24 hours.
• Please bring your original passport or Emirates ID with you to be presented at the counter.
• This experience is NOT suitable for pregnant women.
• NO previous experience is required.
• Children under 6 years will not be allowed for this activity due to safety reasons.
• Driver must be at least 16 years old.
• Guests are requested to wear comfortable clothes that you are okay with getting a bit wet, just in-case. Best to wear water-proof clothes or swimwear (some tours include swimming time).
  
• There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
  
• Date/Time subject to availability.

Note: Adventure Zone Watersports will be non operational every Thursday. 

• All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
• If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
